In order to further enrich the management team and create an "open, fair, competitive and merit based" selection and employment environment, Jushi new materials organized the competition for middle-level assistants and cadres above. Through early publicity and self recommendation, a total of 14 employees participated in the competition. On the morning of March 22, a competitive interview meeting for middle-level assistant and above cadres was held.

          The competition work follows the principle of "fairness, impartiality and openness", and all links are transparent and rigorous. The competition interview evaluation team is composed of six leaders of the company, and the employee representatives are selected to form a supervision team to participate in the interview and unified ticket check in the whole process. The candidates are elaborated in detail from the aspects of post understanding, application reasons, planning and work prospect of the proposed positions. After the speech, the evaluation group will ask questions and score them once.

            After the meeting, the general manager and the chairman of the board made important speeches. LV Tiansheng, general manager, said that candidates should straighten out their mentality, improve their position, have the courage to show themselves, grasp exercise opportunities, correctly understand the role of competitive recruitment, focus on management empowerment, emphasize process control, and gradually promote the internal standardized management of the enterprise. Zheng Zhijia, chairman of the board of directors, proposed that successful candidates should honor their commitments, constantly learn and improve themselves. In their future work, they should be good at and dare to manage, play the leading role of cadres, and lead the poly lion team to a high and far future.
